Our referrals line is staffed from Monday to Friday, between 9am
and 5pm. Outside of normal office hours an answering machine
service is available. If you leave a message a member of staff will
call you back within 2 working days.

We are committed to acknowledging all referrals within 2 working
days. It is also possible to download a Microsoft Word version of the complete
EHAP referral form.
